Welcome to the Hencro Games website. Please read carefully our terms of service which governs your use of our site. By using, accessing or placing an order you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms then please do not use our website.

General

  1. Goods are subject to availability and may vary from what is advertised on our website
  2. It is required that you decide before ordering if the goods are suitable to your needs
  3. Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for items shown on our website with an incorrect price or with any other incorrect information. No legal contract is made with you (the customer) until we have dispatched your order

Payment & Prices

  1. Our advertised prices do not include delivery charges. The price of the goods may be changed from the one advertised. Please confirm the price before placing your order.
  2. We accept payment by both credit and debit card. Credit and debit card payments are taken at the point of customer order not on dispatch of goods. All payments are collected through Stripe.
  3. Delivery is calculated at checkout, based on your address. Your delivery will be dispatched within 2 business days.
  4. If the goods do not arrive or are incomplete, are the wrong goods or are damaged when you open them, please let us know within 7 days of receipt or expected delivery by contacting us on hencrogames@gmail.com so we can investigate the problem. If you have to return the goods please follow the process set out in the returns section below.
  5. Once delivery is complete, you are responsible for protecting the goods against loss or damage.

Returns

  1. If faulty good are to be returned to us you must contact us within 24 hours of your delivery by emailing hencrogames@gmail.com
  2. We are not liable if the items that you have ordered, arrive exactly as requested, but are incorrect for the use the customer has intended. We must send the exact items that have been ordered, as it is up to the customer to decide the correct item, for the correct use.

Guarantee & Liability

  1. Hencro Games shall not be liable for any loss or damage to our products once delivery has been completed.
